Frequently Asked Questions   Q:What is the difference between express and normal shipping?   A:Standard orders will ship via Shun Feng parcel-Priority or Yuan Tong Mail and can be tracked in China. Expedited orders ship via  Shun Feng  parcel- Track & Trace and is trackable from the time it leaves our warehouse to the time the item is delivered.       Q:What is the transit time for Standard and Expedited international shipping?   A:The average transit time for Standard international shipping is 14-21 business days. For expedited international shipping the average transit time 5-12 business days.       Q:Why can't i track my package?   A:If you can not track your package please try using the URL below. http://www.sf-express.com/cn/en/       Q:When will my item ship?   A:Orders ship within 2 business day       Q:Is there a restocking fee?   A:Yes there is. There is a restocking fee of 20% plus original shipping costs. Even if items were listed with free shipping, the cost of the shipping may be withheld from the refund.     Product Inquiry 1) Do I need to ask sellers questions about the products before ordering? Before paying an order, we recommend buyers to inquire more detailed information on the products such as size, color, available quantity, price etc to avoid any misunderstanding. For custom made items, like dresses, communication on specific requirements, delivery time and progress is essential.   2) Can ChinaWire reply me inquiries on products? As you may know that TradeTang is not involved in transaction and all products are sold by the suppliers, we are not able to give buyers quotations.   3) How to add items into the cart and delete them? On every page of available items, you can see Add to Cart button. To add something to your cart does not mean you have to buy it and you can remove it from your cart list. When you check your cart, there will be Remove option after the amount.   4) How to leave your requirements to seller? Once you add an item to your cart, you will be asked to leave your specific requirements of the order. Also you can communicate with seller by other tools to let him know your request.
